摘　　要：行政程序的法制化在我国行政法制建设和实践中具有重要的功能。它对于规范行政主体的行政行为,保护行政相对方的合法权益以及提高行政效率、防止行政腐败都起着重要的作用。目前的行政程序法制还存在着一些缺陷,随着行政程序法制的完善和人们民主法治意识的增强,其功能必将更加凸显出来。The legalization of administrative procedure plays an important function in the construction and practice of administrative legal system in China, has a great effect on standardizing administrative conduct of administrative subjects, protecting the legal rights of administrative objects, increasing administrative efficiency, and preventing administrative corruption. However, there are some defects in the legalization of administrative procedure. Along with its perfection and the improvement of people＇s democratic and legal consciousness, its function will manifest.
