摘　　要：高校体育社团是促进校园文化建设的重要因素之一,它有利于当代大学生增进身心健康,促进学生个性发展,为充分运用体育知识传播、创造校园文化提供实践的平台。目前,人员流动大和管理松散是影响高校体育社团发展的主要因素,因而,必须规范管理体制与机制,提供必要的经费和场地器材保障,发挥教师的指导作用,真正发挥体育社团促进校园文化建设与创建和谐校园的作用。Sports associations in university is one of the important factors to promote the building of campus culture, which is conducive to the promotion of physical and mental health of contemporary college students and the development of their personality. It also provides a practical platform for college students to make full use of their sports knowledge to create and spread the campus culture. Currently, staff mobility and loose administration are the main factors that affect the development of university sports associations. Therefore, we have to regularize the administration system and mechanisms, to provide funds and equipment and to ensure the leading role of the tutors in order to bring the sports association into full play for improving the cultural construction of campus and creating a harmonious campus.
