摘 要:基于交流支路电气剖分思想,提出了一种配电网电容器的优化投切方法。对某一网络状态,电气剖分方法可以把配电网剖分成从变电站根节点到负荷节点的链式剖分子网络,将配电网的电容器优化投切问题转化成求剖分子网络的网损最小值问题。在满足电压约束的前提下,该快速求解方法直接采用物理寻优方式求得电容器的投切分量,使剖分子网络的功率损耗最小,并通过对各投切点的容量分量进行累加归整,得到了原系统各投切点的投切容量。IEEE69节点系统的计算结果表明,该方法在保证得到优良解的前提下具有收敛快、效率高的特点,为解决大型配电网的电容器优化投切问题提供了新的思路和方法。Based on electrical dissection of AC branches, an optimal capacitor switching method of distribution network is proposed. For a certain state of distribution network, electrical dissection can dissect original distribution network into chained dissected sub-networks from the bus of transformer substation to ends with only one load bus, thus the optimal capacitor switching of distribution network is turned into network loss minimization problem of the dissected sub-networks. Under the presupposition of sustaining rated voltage, by means of physical searching the proposed method directly solves the switched component of capacitors to make the power loss of the dissected sub-network minimized; by means of accumulating consolidation of switched component at each switching point the switched capacity at each switching point of original distribution network is obtained. The calculation results of applying the proposed method to IEEE 69-bus system show that it is certified to obtain fine solution of optimal capacitor switching by the proposed method that possesses the advantages such as fast convergence and high efficiency, therefore, the proposed method may be available for reference to optimal capacitor switching in large-scale distribution networks.
