摘　　要：由于中国的工业化与城市化远未完成历史使命,新农村建设一直受到人们的质疑。本文从中国现代化进程、构建社会主义和谐社会的角度来探讨三者之间的关系,认为三者统一于中国现代化进程中,是互动而非对立关系,并提出加强三者互动关系的建议。The construction of new countryside is doubted all the way because China＇s industrialization and urbanization has not been completed yet. In view of China＇s modernization process and constructing socialist harmonious society, we discuss the relationship of constructing new countryside, industrialization and urbanization. We hold that they are incorporated into China＇s modernization process. Their relationship is not opposite but interactive. We also give advices on strengthening their interactive relationship.
