摘  要:目的探讨固本延衰方延缓亚急性衰老模型小鼠衰老的机制。方法将60只小鼠随机分为4组,除正常对照组外均皮下注射D-半乳糖造成衰老模型,并给予不同剂量的固本延衰方治疗,分别检测脾淋巴细胞增殖及白细胞介素2(IL-2)及其受体(IL-2R)水平。结果衰老模型对照组脾淋巴细胞增殖及IL-2、IL-2R水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),固本延衰方各剂量组OD值及IL-2、IL-2R水平明显高于衰老模型对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论提示固本延衰方通过提高衰老机体脾淋巴细胞增殖功能及IL-2、IL-2R水平,从而提高机体免疫功能延缓衰老。Objective To study the mechanism of Gubenyanshuai Formula for postponing the senescence of subacute aging model mice. Methods 60 mice were divided into 4 groups. D-glucose subcutaneous injection method was used to induce aging model except the control group. After model mice were treated with different dosages of Gubenyanshuai Formula, the spleen lymphocyte proliferation, the levels of IL-2 and IL-2R were detected respectively. Results The spleen lymphocyte proliferation and the levels of IL- 2 and IL-2R in model groups decreased compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and all above increased in the Gubenyanshuai Formula treatment group compared with the model group (P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Gubenyanshuai Formula can enhance the lymphocyte proliferation and the levels of IL-2 and IL-2R, which may partly participate regulating the body's immune function to postpone aging.
