摘　　要：为了缓解机动车给城市带来了的交通阻塞、环境污染和社会隔离等问题,本文分析非机动车绿色通道的设计理念、功能和意义,并提出非机动车绿色通道的具体规划实施建议.Nowadays, Motor vehicles especially the automobiles have gradually become the road dominance, which brings even more transport jams, environment pollution, social isolation and so on. After analyzing the design ideas, function and the realistic effect of the urban non-motorized vehicles these problems. Meanwhile, some opinions about greenway, the paper points out it will be one of efficient paths to solve its application are given by the paper.
