摘  要:[目的]普通野生稻是栽培稻遗传改良的重要种质资源。该研究旨在为中国普通野生稻的进一步研究、开发和利用提供参考。[方法]简要回顾我国近年来普通野生稻优异基因的研究与利用。[结果]回顾了中国普通野生稻的命名、分类与形态学特征,综述了中国普通野生稻抗病性、抗虫性、产量性状、稻米品质、胞质雄性不育性及其它优异基因的研究与利用,展望中国普通野生稻普野的利用潜力。[结论]普通野生稻中广泛存在着可用于栽培品种改良的优异基因,但需要创建一套切实可行的优异基因转移方法和建立一套快速准确的水稻DNA标记辅助育种体系。 [Objective] Common wild rice was important germplasm resource for hereditary improvement of cultivated rice.The research aimed to provide references for further research,development and utilization of common wild rice in China.[Method] Researches and utilization of excellent genes in common wild rice in China in recent years were reviewed briefly.[Result] Denomination,classification and morphological characteristics common wild rice in China were reviewed,researches and utilization of disease-resistance,insect resistance,yield traits,rice quality,cytoplasmic male sterility and other excellent genes were sum up and the utilization potential of common wild rice in China was prospected.[Conclusion] Excellent genes that could be used for hereditary improvement of cultivated rice existed widely in common wild rice in China.It was necessary to create a set of feasible transform method for excellent genes and establish a set of rapid and exact DNA marker assistant breeding system for rice.
