猪CD8α分子基因的克隆与初步鉴定

摘　　要：[目的]为了研究CD8分子的生物学功能。[方法]自行设计一对引物,从猪脾细胞中,克隆了猪CD8α链基因,获得大小为700 bp的基因片段,并对其进行鉴定。[结果]结果表明,该基因片段的核苷酸序列与已报道猪的同源性为99.2%,与豚鼠、人、猴子、猫和狗的同源性分别为35.6%、55.7%、55.6%、56.4%和56.8%。[结论]该研究为进一步研究CD8分子的生物学功能提供了依据。　The objective of the study was to explore the biological functions of CD8 molecule.CD8 was a cell surface glycoprotein found in cytotoxic T lymphocytes and served a co-receptor with the TCR for T cell activation.In order to study the biological function of CD8,a gene fragment of 700 bp was clonecl with a pair of specific designed primer from porcine spleen cells.The results of identification and analysis indicated that the homology with other sequence registered in Gene Bank was up to 99.2% and about 35.6%,55.7%,55.6%,56.4% and 56.8% to guinea pig,human,monkey,cat and dog,respectively.
