摘　　要：基于开封市发展现状及其城市总体规划,介绍通过保护与整治规划的手段,保护和延续开封古城风貌特色,继承和发掘城市的传统历史文化,促进当地文化和旅游产业的快速发展。　Based on the present situation and the comprehensive planning of Kaifeng City,the means of conservation and reconstruction planning were adopted to protect and maintain the historic feature,inherit and promote the traditional culture and improve the local cultural and tourist industry.
