摘　　要：如何发挥中医特长参与治疗难治性肺感染,提高临床疗效,是值得研究的问题。在临床实践的基础上,提出中医五种治法:即祛邪法的应用;清肠救肺法的应用;除痰活血法的应用;扶正固本法的应用;消、托、补三法的应用,临证时须综合运用诸法。在实施中西医结合治疗时,应注意选好切入点,方能达到提高疗效的目的。How to increase the therapeutic effect of intractable pulmonary infec- tion with Chinese medical methods was discussed in this article.On the basis of clini- cal experience,five Chinese medical methods of expelling pathogens,clearing lung and protecting lung,removing phlegm and activating blood,supporting healthy qi and strengthening body resistance,combination of eliminating pathogen,expelling toxins and strengthening healthy qi,were put forward for the treatment of intractable pul- monary infection.It is indicated that the therapeutic effect of Chinese medical and western therapy for the treatment of intractable pulmonary infection will be better when it is used at the proper stage.
