摘　　要：目的:克隆大鼠CYP19基因片段,并进行测序。方法:从大鼠卵巢中提取mRNA,用RT-PCR法扩增出CYP19基因片段,将扩增片段克隆于PGEM-T Easy载体中,转化DH5α,阳性筛选后进行测序。结果与结论:DNA测序结果与Gene bank比较完全相同,表明靶基因成功插入PGEM-T Easy。Objective：To clone and sequence the CYP 19 gene fragment from Rat ovary. Method： mRNA was extracted from rat ovary specimen. CYP 19 gene fragment was amplified by RT - PCR, The PCR fragment was cloned into PGEM - T Easy vector and then was transformed into DH5a. After the selection of positiveclones.DNA sequence analysis of the recombinant was done. Results and conclusion： The analysis of CYP 19 gene showed that the sequences of DNA fragment were homology with corresponding sequences published in Gene bank, which indicated that the target gene had been inserted into PGEM - T Easy successfully.
