日粮锌水平对种公鸡生长性能及精液品质的研究

摘  要:试验选用10周龄伊莎父母代种公鸡45羽,随机分为3组,每组15羽作为试验动物,通过在基础饲粮中添加0 mg/kg、60mg/kg、180mg/kg的锌,研究日粮锌水平对种公鸡生长性能及精液品质的影响。结果表明,日粮锌水平对种公鸡从31周龄到34周龄体重和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05),且不同周龄各组差异均不显著(P>0.05);31周龄周增重试验Ⅱ组与对照组差异达到了显著水平(P<0.05);32周龄试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组和对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);33周龄试验Ⅱ组与对照组差异也极显著(P<0.01);精子活率和生存指数差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组精子密度极显著高于对照组与试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组精液量显著低于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组有效精子数接近(P>0.05),但试验Ⅰ组有效精子数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);精液pH值对照组极显著高于试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。45 Yisha roosters of parental generation in ten weeks were allotted at random into 3 groups with 3 replicates, 5 roosters in each replicate. They were fed the basic diet and the basic diet added 60 mg/ kg and 180mg/kg of Zn to studg the in fluence of dietary Zn level on the production per formance and semen quality of roosters. The results showed that supplementing Zinc in basal diet influenced semen quality and production performance to different degrees. There was no significant influence on the body weight and feed to weight of roosters at 31 weeks and 34 weeks( P 〉 0.05 ), in addition, the difference of each groups at different weeks were all not significant( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the difference of weight gain at 31 stweek between trial Ⅱ group and control group was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;the differeme between trial group Ⅱ and trial group Ⅰ at 32nd week was extremely significant( P 〈 0.01 );the difference between trialgroup Ⅱ and control group at 33rd weed week was also extremely significant( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference on survival tate and live index of semen ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the density of sperm in trial group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of the trial group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0.01 )and the control ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;the number of available sperm were very close between trial group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the coutrol ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the pH value for semen in the control was extremely higher than that of the trial group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P〈0. 01).
