摘　　要：随着基因组测序的完成和分子遗传标记技术的飞速发展,犬的遗传标记应用越来越广泛。本文主要介绍分子标记在犬遗传多样性评估、个体识别和亲子鉴定、标记辅助选择和遗传疾病诊断等方面的研究进展。With the accomplishment of canine genome sequencing and the development of molecular markers, the applications of molecular markers in the areas of the canines were more and more extensive. In the paper, the research progress in genetic polymorphism appraisement was mainly introduced. It also mentioned, individual recognition and parentage tests,marks assistance selection and genetic disorder diagnoses in the canines on the basis of the newest literatures.
