摘 要:以廉价的钛白粉中间体硫酸氧钛为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备含掺杂硅钨酸的二氧化钛纳米材料,其对甲基橙和农药二氯吡啶酸的降解实验表明:通过掺杂硅钨酸能够显著提高TiO2的光催化效率,当催化剂投加量为1.0×10-2mol/L,用8 W的紫外灯光照2h,对6.11×10-5mol/L的甲基橙脱色率和COD去除率可达99%以上,对于农药二氯吡啶酸的降解也有较好的效果.Using TiOSO4 as raw material, nanometer titanium dioxide doped with silicotungstic acid hydrate was prepared by sol-gel self-propagating combustion synthesis. The photocatalysis was researched through experiments on degradation of methyl orange and clopyralid. It indicated that the addition of silicontungstic acid could promote the photocatalytic rate. When the catalyst was 1.0 × 10^-2 mol/L, the ultraviolet lamp was 8 W and the reaction time wsa 2 h, the decoloration rate and the removal rate of COD could be up to over 99 %, It had good effect on degradation of clopyralid as well.
