摘　　要：试验研究了超声波处理时间和功率对工业纯铝晶粒细化程度的影响。结果表明,随着超声波处理时间的延长,工业纯铝的晶粒细化;随着超声波处理功率的增加,晶粒细化,但是细化程度逐渐减弱,超声波功率与晶粒细化作用之间有一阈值。The effect of ultrasonic on the solidification structures of the aluminum liquid was studied. The results show that ultrasonic could notably improve the solidification structures, the grain size decreased with the ultrasonic time and power, there exits an optimal point between ultrasonic power and grain size.
