摘　　要：从全球视野和国家高等教育大众化的高度来审视高校人才培养工作,适应新时期社会发展的需要,积极开展系列改革实践,探索构建了新形势下以"一二三六十"为框架全面提升大学生综合素质的学生工作新体系,取得了显著成效,使我院人才培养质量得以全面提升,推动了我院教育事业的快速健康发展。From the global sweep and the height of the national popularization of higher education, this paper examines the training work of qualified personnel in institutions of higher learning. A series of reform performance has been actively carried out, and a new system of student work to fully enhance the comprehensive quality of college students has been probed and constructed under the new situation and the frame of ＂ One, Two, Three, Six, Ten＂ in order to meet the needs of the social development of new period. Remarkable achievements have been made to raise the quality of qualified personnel training in our college, propelling our college＇s educational cause developing rapidly and healthily.
