摘　　要：加入WTO以来,我国金融业进入了一个飞速发展的阶段,金融人才市场也随之快速成长,与此同时社会对金融人才的需求也发生了很大变化。本文对新形势下我国金融人才市场的特点及其趋势进行了细致的分析,认为我国当前金融人才市场具有人才需求量大、市场内部需求差异明显、行业内部薪资水平差异大等等特点,并针对当前金融人才市场的特点,提出了构建新型人才培养模式、培养高素质金融人才等建议。After China entered the WTO, the financial industry of China has developed rapidly. , and the human resources market of finance have also growing rapidly. At the same＇ time the needs of qualified financial personel has also undergone a significant change. In this paper, the writer analyzed the characteristics of Chinese financial professionals market , and she believes that the characteristics of Chinese current financial professionals market are the demand is very big and has some substantial differences in the mar- ket, and the internal salary has a lot of differences, ect. Based on the analysis of the professionals market of finance, the writer advised that we should set up a new mode of personnel training and train a lot of high -quality financial personnels, and so on.
