摘　　要：PDCA循环就是按照Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)和Action(处理)的顺序进行质量管理,并且循环不止地进行下去的科学程序。它是全面质量管理所应遵循的科学程序。将PDCA循环应用到高校学生成绩管理中,可以提高成绩管理的质量和效率,实现教学管理的持续改进。PDCA Circulation, which is also named Daiming Circulation, is put forward by Doctor Daiming, an American Quality Management expert. PDCA, which is composed of the first letter of the following words： Plan, Do, Check and Action, is a scientific procedure on overall quality management. This article elaborates the importance of the grade management and applies the method of PDCA Circulation in college grade management in the expectation of improving the quality and efficiency in the grade management and realizing the continuous im- provement of teaching management.
