摘　　要：研究了用数段圆弧曲线替代直齿轮齿形曲线的基本原理,并探索出用线切割机加工直齿轮凹模的成功方法。这不仅拓宽了线切割机的应用领域,而且为齿轮凹模的加工提供了一种新工艺。This paper researches the basic principle of substituting the tooth profile curve of spur-gear with the circular curve, and provides the successful method to process the spur-gear die cavity on wire cutting machine. This not only expands the applying field of wire cutting machine but also presents the readers a new technique to process gear cavity.
