摘  要:利用应力常数标定系统对待标定试样施加载荷,测定两接收探头由于载荷变化引起的声时差变化,从而确定出材料的应力常数。对标定结果分析后表明,该标定系统操作方便,能快速得到被标定材料的应力常数,标定结果满足工程现场检测要求,可用于超声应力常数标定。In this paper the load was inflicted on the demarcation board by the self-made stress constant demarca- tion installment, the two receives the probe bead's sound time difference change that was arose by the load change was menstruated. Thus obtains the material the stress constant. This demarcation method equipment was simple, and the demarcation process was simplified, the computation speed was quicker. It could guarantee the high precision. The ex- periment indicated that, this method was one highly effective praotical demarcation method.
