摘  要:以抗病品种鲁白15、M36为材料,研究了收获期大白菜在不同氮素形态下与抗病性相关的生理指标的变化。试验结果表明,鲁白15对氮素形态比较敏感,M36对氮素形态不敏感;且两品种在铵态氮肥和硝态氮肥处理下较有规律性,酰胺态氮处理中间稍有波动。在铵态氮处理条件下,鲁白15叶柄中SOD、POD、PPO活性及MDA、酚类物质含量均高于硝态氮处理;叶片中MDA含量、POD、PPO活性与叶柄中的趋势一致,而SOD活性、酚类物质含量则与叶柄中的相反。对于M36而言,硝态氮处理的叶片中SOD、POD、PPO活性以及MDA、酚类物质含量均高于铵态氮处理,叶柄中SOD、POD活性、酚类物质含量与叶片中的趋势一致,而MDA含量、PPO活性则与之相反。综合来看,不论在何种氮素形态下,鲁白15和M36叶片中SOD、POD、PPO活性及MDA、酚类物质含量都高于叶柄中。Two varieties resistant to petiole spot of Chinese cabbage were used to study the protective enzyme activities(SOD,POD, PPO)and MDA and phenol contents in the harvest stage under different nitrogen forms treated. The experimental results showed that Lubai 15 was more susceptive than M36 to nitrogen forms,and they had remarkable rhythm between the application of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen,except a bit alteration under amide nitrogen. The contents of MDA and phenol and the activities of SOD,POD and PPO in leaf petiole of Lubai 15 with the fertilization of ammonium nitrogen were all higher than those with the fertilization of nitrate nitrogen, and the same with MDA content, POD and PPO activities in leaf blade, but the phenol content and SOD activity were opposite to that. The contents of MDA and phenol and the activities of SOD,POD and PPO in leaf blade were all higher, when nitrate nitrogen was used as nitrogen source to M36, than those with ammonium nitrogen as nitrogen source, and the same with the phenol content and the activities of SOD and POD in leaf petiole,however, MDA content and PPO activity were opposite to that. In all, the contents of MDA and phenol and the activities of SOD,POD and PPO in leaf blade were all higher than those in leaf petiole due to the two varieties no matter treated with which nitrogen forms.
