摘  要:吉首商业城综合楼场址的地层剖面自上而下为:①人工回填土,②红粘土,③基岩—瘤状泥晶云化灰岩。其测试数据表明:①、②土壤层的计算承载力标准值低于设计承载力,不能作持力层。只有基岩才是唯一的持力层,其承载力建议采用3500MPa;场址的地下水,对房基混凝土砼无侵蚀。笔者根据综合楼场址的工程地质条件和场情。From up to low,the strata profile in the site of Jishou commercial building can be devided into three parts:(1)artificial refilled soil,(2)red clay and (3)base rock-nodular micritie dolomitized limestone.The test data show that the standard value of computation bearing capacity of the soil horizon (1) and (2) is lower than that of design,so the both cannot be used as bearing strata.The base rock is the only bearing stratum and its recommended bearing capacity is 3500 MPa.The groundwater in the building site will not erode the foundation concrete.At last,from the engineering geological condition,the author proposes that stake base form should be adopted in the foundation construction.
