摘　　要：在机械修理中焊接是非常重要的一项工作,焊接不好就会产生变形和内应力,甚至焊后的零件无法使用而报废。在此阐述了几种预防变形和裂纹的方法,如预热和缓冷、合理选择焊接规范、锤打和锻冶、局部加热减热法等。Welding is a very important work in mechanical service,bad welding will bring deformation and internal stress,and even make the parts can＇t be used any more,This paper introduces several methods of preventing deformation and crack,for example：preheat, slow cooling, reasonably choosing welding specification, hammering and forging,local heating decompression method, etc.
