镇咳止喘咀嚼片抗炎、抗菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察镇咳止喘咀嚼片的主要药理作用。方法小鼠因巴豆油所致耳廓肿胀法、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法观察其抗炎作用;体内、体外试验观察其抗菌作用。结果可明显抑制因巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀度和抑制0.6%醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加;对所试验的6种细菌均有体外抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的小鼠腹腔感染死亡有明显保护作用。结论镇咳止喘咀嚼片具有抗炎和抗菌作用。Aim To observe pharmacological effect of zhenke zhiehuan tablets. Method We observed anti-inflammation by xylene auricle smelling test and capillary permeability test and the antimierobial effects in vitro and vivo of zhenke zhiehuan tablets. Results Zhenke zhiehuan tablets could inhibit the acute inflammation on the exudation of mouse＇ s ear induced by xylene and the chronic subcutaneous granuloma formation in the mice. It could inhibit capillary permeability and improve the antimierobial activity of zhenke zhiehuan tablets in vitro and preserved mice death caused by abdominal injection of staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Zhenke zhiehuan tablets has obvious effect on anti-inflmmation and antimicrobial.
