摘　　要：目的将尿囊素作为主药制成水包油型乳膏,并建立含量测定方法,考察稳定性;验证尿囊素乳膏治疗皮肤皲裂的临床效果。方法按制备乳膏的一般方法制备尿囊素乳膏,考察制剂对高温、低温的稳定性和室温留样观察,并将尿素乳膏作对照,观察临床疗效。结果本品外观细腻均匀,质量稳定,临床疗效优于尿素乳膏。结论尿囊素乳膏制备方便,质量稳定,疗效佳。Aim To take the allantoin cream as a main component to prepare water-fat type cream,to establish a method for content determination, seeing about its stability and to make sure allantoin cream cure dehiscent skin. Methods The allanfoin cream was prepared with the method of preparing common cream. The preparation in high-temperature, low-temperature and room temperature was observed, and its clinical effects were studied in comparison with carbamide cream. Result Allantoin cream＇s appearance is well-proportioned and exquisite. Its quality is steady, and moreover,its effect is superior to carbamide cream. Conclusion The preparation of this cream is simple, steady with good effect.
