高压氧综合疗法改善职业人员颈源性椎-基动脉血流动力学紊乱效应研究

摘　　要：目的对比高压氧并颈椎操等综合疗法与单纯高压氧疗法治疗职业人员颈源性椎-基动脉(VBA)血流动力学紊乱的临床价值。方法将选取的100例患者随机分为高压氧并颈椎操组(治疗组)及单纯高压氧组(对照组)。治疗组50例,采用高压氧、内服复方丹参滴丸及颈椎操等综合疗法;对照组50例用单纯高压氧疗法。结果①两组治疗后均能显著增加颈性眩晕症状与功能评分,并能有效地纠正VBA血流动力学紊乱;②治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧并颈椎操等综合疗法对职业人员颈源性椎-基动脉血流动力学紊乱有确切的治疗效果。Objective Compare the clinical value of the therapy to cervix-original vertebrobasilar artery（VBA） hemodynamics turbulence in occupational personnel bettween the synthesis therapy of high-pressure oxygen plus vertebra spine exercise and the therapy high-pressure oxygen alone,Methods Divide the choosen 100 patlents,according to treatment sequence , age , sex , course of diseases and state of disease,into two equal-numher groups（ each one consisting of 50 patients） ： one treated by high-pressure oxygen, orally taken composite danshen dripping pill plus vertebra spine exercise therapy（therapy group）and another by high-pressure oxygen only（comparison group ）. Results ①Both two group show that the treatments markedly increase the evaluation of cervix megrim and function, and also effectively correct the VBA hemodynamics turbulence. ②the therapy group has advantage over the comparison group and the difference is significanco according to the statistic syslysis（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the synthesis therapy of high-pressure oxygen plus vertebra spine exercise has a reliable therapy effect on the occupational personnel cervix-original VBA henaxtynamics turbulence.
