经皮电刺激治疗脱毒后期稽延性戒断症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对经皮电刺激治疗脱毒后期稽延性戒断症状的效果进行观察。方法:采用LH202H韩氏穴位神经刺激仪(HANS),对76例海洛因依赖者,196人次相应经络穴位电刺激。结果:缓解最明显的症状依次是肌肉关节疼痛95.83%,烦躁不安94.59%和四肢麻痹不适93.33%。临床治疗总有效率83.78%。治疗前后症状比较P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:根椐临床症状选择适宜的穴位、频率、波形和时间,经皮电刺激治疗对稽延性戒断症状的改善有明显效果。Objective： To observe the efficacy of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation with HAN＇s acupoint nerve stimulator （HANS）for prolonged withdrawal syndrome of heroin dependent patients. Methods ： Heroin dependent patients （76 cases, 196 person times） were treated with appropriate acupoint electro- stimulation by HANS after methadone reduced to 5 mg during detoxification. Results ： The most elevated symptoms were myalgia and arthralgia （95.83%）, feeling dysphoria （94. 59% ） and feeling hands and feet malaise no matter how to set （93.33%）. The total effective rate of treatment was 83.78%. Through symptom comparisons between fore -and aft -therapy, there were extremely marked differences in mitigation （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： It has an apparent effect in mitigating prolonged withdrawal syndrome, through transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation with suitable stimulating puncture, rhythm, wave and time based on clinic syndromes.
