摘　　要：随着高校科研事业的发展,科研项目管理任务日渐繁重,开发项目管理系统是科学、便捷管理亟待解决的问题。构建、设计、开发基于B/S模式下的高校科研项目申报系统是解决此问题的佳径,在系统开发中,综合运用Word、VBA、VB、ASP技术,解决了开发中的技术难题,实现了系统的所需功能,并给出了部分编程示例。With the development of scientific research in institutions of higher education, the management of research items has been turning into an arduous task, and an effective research program management system is becoming increasingly crucial. Therefore, this article argues that the management system for appling scientific research items, which is designed and constructed under the mode of B/ S, is the best way to handle this problem. Then, the way of resolving the technological difficulties and the realization of the functions needed are discussed by jointly using the technique of Word, VBA, VB, ASP. Furthermore, some examples on program-writing are provided.
