摘　　要：高校图书馆既是信息资源重地,也担负有一定的教育功能。读者培训是提高大学生综合素质的有效手段,也是提升图书馆人力资源的良好途径。文章对高校图书馆开展读者培训的目的、意义、原则、方式及内容进行了系统性的阐述。Academic library is not only an important place of information resource, but also carries a certain education function. Readers training is a valid means to raise the comprehensive quality of university students and also is the good path to promote the library human resource. This paper systematically elaborates the purpose, meaning, principle, way and contents to open readers training for academic library. 2 refs.
