摘  要:目前,在结构工程中开裂已经是相当普遍和严重的问题,而大部分的裂缝发生在早期,且对混凝土耐久性影响深远。应用改性聚丙烯纤维和膨胀剂双掺技术,通过砂浆、混凝土的平板试验,考察聚丙烯纤维微膨胀混凝土对控制混凝土早期变形裂缝的效果,进一步通过对其自由收缩率、限制膨胀率、力学性能等技术指标的测试,来分析控制早期裂缝的原因,以此确定北京出版发行物流中心项目超长结构墙体的最佳配合比及工艺参数,并且通过实际验证,证明是一种有效控制早期裂缝的方法之一,并且对控制超长结构裂缝起到一点借鉴作用。Up to now, the crack occurs in the structural engineering has been a quite popular and series problem, and most of the crack occur at the early time,which will impact the wear of the conrete. In this study,the double mixed technology of improved polypropylene fibre and expand- ing agent is applied. In order to prove the effect of improved polypropylene fibre and micro expanded conrete on controlling the early distortion and crack,we apply the slab experiment of slurry and conrete. Moreover,the technical indexes such as the ratio of fi-ee shrinkage,the ratio of limited expand and mechanical property is measured, So that the reason of early crack can be analyzed. Based on the result, the optimize formation and technical parameter for the overlong structural engineer project of Beijing Published Centre can be determined. In the real application,it is proved that this technology is an effective method to control the early crack.on the other hand it can be used as reference for controlling the crack of super long structure.
