有关语言规范的几个问题

摘　　要：语言规范和语言规范化涉及许多理论问题和实际问题,需要不断探讨。本文主要就语言学界和社会上对语言规范和语言规范化的某些认识发表意见,讨论如下四个问题:(1)关于语言规范的"语言";(2)关于语言规范的"规范";(3)是推广普通话还是发展方言;(4)文艺语言与语言规范的关系。Language standard and standardization arc concerned with many theoretical and practical problems, and call for constant discussion. In response to some views of language standard and standardization held by the linguistics circle and the general public, the present paper addresses four issues： 1 ） What is ＂language＂ as in language standard？ 2） What is ＂standard＂ as in language standard？ 3） Do we have to popularize Putonghua or local dialects？ 4） How is media language related to language standard？
