摘　　要：提出一种工程问题的Petri网模型及其构造方法,并且通过该Petri网模型及其可达标识图,给出了整个工程的关键路径和合理施工方案的求解方法.A Petri nets model of project problem and its construction method is presented in this paper. The solving method of critical path and reasonable execution scheme of a project is addressed by means of the Petri nets model and its reachable marking graph.
