摘 要:采油螺杆泵定子所使用的传统橡胶材料为丁腈橡胶(NBR)。但采油螺杆泵工作条件十分苛刻,如高温、高压、工作时间长、磨蚀性介质、周期性挤压力等等,传统的定子橡胶已临近其性能极限。本文主要讨论纳米CaCO3和PVC树脂对丁腈橡胶的改性效果,综合提高丁腈橡胶的强度、耐油、耐磨等性能,通过改性使得丁腈橡胶能够满足采油螺杆泵定子材料的性能要求。实验表明:PVC树脂及CaCO3均能提高丁腈橡胶的硬度、强度、塑性和耐油性能,它们的共用对橡胶增强效果显著,纳米CaCO3对丁腈橡胶在强度及耐油性方面的改性更加显著,而在耐磨性方面的提高不及PVC树脂。NBR is the conventional rubber which be full used in oil extraction screw pump. But the working condition of the screw pump is so rigorous that the ordinary rubber could not fulfill the requirement of the terrible working condition such as high temperature, high pressure, long working hours, corrodent, seasonal stress and so on. It researched the influence circumstance that PVC resin and nano-CaCO3 be to characters of NBR through changing their dosages, concretely, the influence of hardness and strength of clamping action, the influence of split elongation rate and the influence of the permanent distortion after rupture. Comparatively, nano-CaCO3 is more obviously in improving the strength, hardness, plastici both of them, especially of ty th and oil resistence of NBR, the effect of reinforcement is evident that use e streng and oil resistence of NBR which modified by nano-CaCO3, but using PVC resin to modify NBR is better in wear resistance.
