摘　　要：采用从日本三井石油化工株式会社引进的年产2万t乙丙橡胶工业生产装置,成功开发了树脂改性用高档乙丙橡胶新牌号J-3060P。该牌号以V-Al为催化体系、己烷为溶剂,采用氢气为分子量调节剂,合成的工业化产品经北京橡胶工业研究设计院及国内代表性应用厂家检测,产品性能与国外同类产品质量水平相当,填补了国内空白。Using the 20kt/a EPDM plant introduced from Japan MPC company we have developed the new grade for modifying resin. The new grade J - 3060P was synthesized by using V-A1 as catalyst system, hexane as solvent, hydrogen as molecular weight modifier. The synthetical industrialized Product is tested by authoritative department and domestic typical application plant. The product property is equal to foreign same kind of product. J - 3060P is filled in the gaps in China
