摘  要:介绍一种原位聚合制备聚苯乙烯/氢氧化铝复合粒子的工艺.首先对氢氧化铝进行表面处理;接着将表面改性的氢氧化铝分散到溶解有引发剂的液相苯乙烯中,然后将此混合物投入溶解有分散剂的水相进行原位聚合反应,得到聚苯乙烯/氢氧化铝复合粒子.FTIR测试显示表面处理后的氢氧化铝表面与含有饱和碳氢基团的化合物结合;扫描电镜和X射线能量色散谱(SEM-EDS)联用测试结果显示复合粒子具有核壳结构,内部包含氢氧化铝,外部壳层为聚苯乙烯;复合粒子中聚苯乙烯的相对分子质量采用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测试;复合粒子中氢氧化铝含量采用热重分析(TGA)测试.This study illustrated a kind of composite particles of polystyrene/ATH through in-situ suspension polymerization, The ATH particles were first modified on surface, Subsequently, the modified ATH particles and styrene were dispersed into aqueous phase containing suspension dispersants and as a result a kind of polystyrene / ATH composite particles were produced through in-situ suspension polymerization. FTIR spectrum indicated the modified ATH particles were incorporated with saturated hydrocarbon compound. The results of SEM- EDS showed the microstructure of the produced polystyrene / ATH composite particle were core-shell, namely, ATH existed as core and polystyrene as shell. The molecular weight of polystyrene and the content of ATH in composite particles were measured through GPC and TGA, respectively,
