封管用枸橼酸钠注射液体外抗凝试验

摘  要:目的:观察封管用枸橼酸钠注射液的体外抗凝效果。方法:取兔心脏血浆,分别加入封管用枸橼酸钠注射液和不同浓度(1.5625~50mg·mL-1)的肝素钠注射液,采用血液凝聚仪测定血小板最大聚集率PAG(M)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶时间(TT)。结果:与空白血浆组比较,封管用枸橼酸钠注射液能明显延长APTT、PT及TT(P<0.01),完全抑制血小板的凝聚,且其抗凝聚作用优于肝素钠注射液。结论:封管用枸橼酸钠注射液具有良好的体外抗凝作用。OBJECTIVE: To study the anticoagulant effect of sodium citrate injection for catheter locking in vitro. METHODS: Plasma samples were obtained from the hearts of New Zealand rabbits and which were added with sodium citrate injection for catheter locking and heparin injection in different concentrations (1.562 5-50mg· mL^-1) respectively. Platelet maximal aggregation (PAGM), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT) were determined by blood aggregation and coagulation tester. RESULTSAs compared with blank plasma group, sodium citrate injection for catheter locking prolonged the APTT, PT and TT obviously in vitro (P〈0.01) and completely restrained platelet from agglomerating. Its anticoagulation was better than that of heparin. CONCLUSION: Sodium citrate injection for catheter locking has excellent anticoagulantion activity in vitro.
