摘 要:为了消除光电检测电路的噪声干扰,解决用光电检测电路检测微弱光信号时的噪声问题,文章分析了光电检测电路的内部和外部噪声的来源,设计出了一种低噪声光电检测电路,并给出了光电检测电路的噪声模型,推出了光电检测电路输出信噪比的公式并对影响光电检测电路输出信噪比的因素进行了详细的分析与研究,提出了在设计低噪声光电检测电路时对光电器件、电子元件以及前置放大器等元器件的相关参数的选择方法与依据。In order to remove the noise of the photoelectric detection circuit and solve the noise problem when the photoelectric detection circuit detects the weak optical signal, this paper analyzes the inside and outside noise sources of the photoelectric detection circuit, designs a kind of photoelectric detection circuit with low noise, gives the noise model of the photoelectric detection circuit, derives the output signal-to-noise ratio formula of the photoelectric detection circuit, analyses and studies the factors which affect the output signal-tonoise ratio formula of the photoelectric detection circuit in detail, and suggests the method and the basis of selecting the relevant parameters of the components when the photoelectric detection circuit with low noise is designed, such as the photoelectric components, the electronic components, the pre-amplifier, and so on. This method has a very important directive function for designing the photoelectric detection circuit with low noise.
