酵母活性物质对断乳仔猪红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：选取28日龄断奶的[杜×(大×长)]三元杂交仔猪10头,平均初始体重为5.62 kg±1.16 kg,随机分为2组,每组5头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在相同的基础日粮中添加酵母培养物,剂量为10mL/只,连续服用10 d。应用红细胞C3b受体花环(Erythrocyte C3bR,E-C3bR)试验和红细胞免疫复合物花环(Erythrocyte ICR,E-ICR)试验,探讨酵母活性物质对断乳仔猪红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果发现,试验组红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICRR)在服药后第1周、第2周与对照组相比,差异均极显著(P<0.01),第3周无明显差异。试验组E-C3bRR和E-ICRR,在服药后第1周、第2周与服药前相比差异亦极显著(P<0.01),第3周差异不显著。结果表明,口服酵母活性物质可增强断乳仔猪红细胞免疫功能,增强机体免疫力。　10 three-way crossbred piglets [Duroc×（Landrace×Yorkshire）] weaned at 28 days were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 5 piglets,mean weight 5.62 kg±1.16 kg.Control group in basal diets,the treatment group with living yeast products（LYP） at 10ml level to each piglet for 10 days.The experiments were designed to study the effect of LYP on immunity of erythrocyte in weanling piglets through erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette test and immune complex rosette test.The results indicated that the group added LYP had very significant difference（P〈0.01） compared with control group at EC3bRR and E-ICR（P〈0.01） in early week（week 1 and week 2）,and in the 3^rd week showed no difference.In the treatment group,the effects of two tests in different time also showed very significant difference compared with that before administration（P〈0.01）.In conclusion,LYP can increase the immunity of erythrocyte,reduce the diarrhea occurrence,have positive effect on digest and immunity for weanling piglets.
