摘　　要：做好北京市传染病防制工作,要从以下几个方面着手:认清传染病防制面临的形势和传染病发生流行的客观规律,实现传染病防制观念上的转变;辩证处理传染病防制工作中的若干关系,实现标本兼治、和谐发展;建立完善的传染病防制机制,实现经验防制向科学防制的转变;真正落实"政府主导、多部门协作、全社会参与"的工作模式;建立北京市传染病防制网络,整合资源,促进传染病防治工作的整体提高。In order to develop the capacity and efficacy of prevention and control of infectious diseases in Beijing, the following respects must be taken ： Conception of strategy on prevention and control must be changed on the base of good understanding of situation of work in infectious diseases and the objective law of occurrence and epidemic of infectious diseases; both temporary and permanent solutions must be achieved by dealing dialectically with complicated relations; a perfect mechanism for prevention and control of infectious diseases should be developed, achieving a change from empirical mode to scientific mode; the ＂ mode led by the government, coordinated by multi -sectors and participating by all＂ must be put into effect ; and a citywide network should be set up and all kinds of resources must be integrated.
