摘　　要：本文通过介绍日本传染病管理方面的法律法规、机构设置、传染病的分类标准、监测方法和内容、报告制度、信息反馈及发布程序、疫情分级标准和处置以及国家危机管理体系的特点,强调了在我国建立健全的传染病防控体系和管理机制的重要性。In this paper we introduce the laws and regulations, administration institution, classification and grading, surveillance methods, reporting system, information feeding back and announcing procedure on infectious diseases, as well as grading standard and management of epidemic situation, and the character of national system of crisis management in Japan. It is important to establish and perfect infectious diseases prevention and control system and management mechanism in China. The infectious diseases management system in Japan provided a reference mode.
