汉坦病毒重组蛋白检测血清中特异性IgA抗体动态变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重组蛋白检测血清中特异性IgA抗体的动态变化及其诊断价值。方法用杆状病毒表达的汉坦病毒重组核蛋白(rNP)和糖蛋白(rGP)为抗原,检测14例61份急性期SEO型病人系列血清中的特异性IgA抗体,寻找肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病人IgA抗体的动态变化规律。结果几乎所有HFRS病人早期即有强烈的IgA应答,尤其是针对rNP的抗体出现早且滴度高,抗rGP出现亦早,但滴度偏低。结论应用rNP和rGP为抗原,在发病早期检测IgA抗体,具有较好的特异性诊断价值,特别是对HFRS早期临床表现不典型的病例。[ Objective] To explore the dynamic changes of Hantavims glycocapsid proteins in the detection of specific IgA antibody in serum and its diagnosing value. [ Methods] Hantavims glycocapsid proteins and glucoprotein were used as the antigens to detect the specific IgA antibody in the serum of 14 cases of acute SEO patients; the dynamic changes of IgA antibody of renal syndrome hemorrhage fever patients was searched. [ Results] An early and strong IgA response was observed in almost all HFRS patients, the antibody to NP appeared earlier with high titer, anti-rGP appeared also early but with low titer. [ Conclusion] The application of rNP and rGP as antigens has, fine specific diagnosing value in the detection of IgA antibody in the early stage, especially for the non-typical clinical cases.
