摘　　要：目的了解扬州市维扬区浴室业的卫生状况,寻求浴室卫生管理关键控制点,从而更好地做好浴室业的卫生监督管理工作。方法根据2006年扬州市维扬区浴室业卫生监督专项整治方案进行检查,对室内环境和公共用品进行监测、评价、汇总与分析。结果浴室业的从业人员持证率占76.29%,70家浴室的消毒设施齐全占57.14%,不齐全占37.14%,无消毒设施占5.71%,室内环境监测合格率78.37%。公共用品监测合格率占82.25%。结论要加强对浴室的负责人及其从业人员进行卫生知识的培训和法律知识的培训,加强监督与管理,指导与服务、处罚与教育相结合,日常监督重点是对中高档浴室的从业人员持证情况和空气流通情况的监督检查,对低档浴室的消毒设施、排风、保暖设施是否完备的检查,及对消毒程序和方法的掌握等方面的检查,使所有浴室能按规范操作,守法经营。并积极开展浴室业的量化分级管理工作,进一步提高监督管理的工作效率,推动浴室业的规范化管理,建立卫生监督长效机制,增强经营单位卫生诚信和自律意识。[ Objective ] To learn the sanitary situation in the balneary industry of Weiyang District of Yangzhou and improve the hygienic supervision work. [ Methods] Inspection, evaluation, collection and analysis were carried out on the indoor environment and public appliance according to the hygienic surveillance project of Wiyang District of Yangzhou in 2006. [ Results]76.29% of the inspected practitionets carried certificate; 57.14% of the balnearies had complete disinfection facilities; 37.14% of them had incomplete disinfection facilities and 5.71% of them didn＇s have any disinfection facilities; the eligible rates of the indoor environment and public appliance were 78.37% and 82.25% respectively. [ Conclusion] Hygienic supervision on the balneary industry should be strengthened; disinfection facilities in the balnearies are expected to be improved.
