摘 要:随着表面技术被广泛应用于各个领域,对表面检测方法的要求越来越高。特别是多层或存在浓度梯度的材料表面分析是非常复杂的。本文报告采用辉光放电发射光谱法(GDOES)测定彩涂钢板涂镀层厚度的方法。通过溅射率校正,建立了多基体的线性校准曲线,解决了彩涂钢板涂镀层的逐层定量分析。实例表明,通过逐层分析图谱所显示的信息,可以了解各元素的分布、互渗区的污染及结合力情况,从而更好地知道彩涂板涂镀层的质量。Along with the wide use of surface teatment in the many different field,suitable surface determination method are highly required. Especially the surface determination for the matials with mutil -layer or content grads structure is very challenging. In this paper,a glow discharge optical emission spectrometry(GDOES)for determining the thickess of coating of the colored steel strip was reported. By using sputtering rate correction,linear calibration curve of mutil-matrixes was established and the quantitative depth profile analysis of the coating of the colored steel strips was reached. Exemplification indicates that the information on distribution of each element, pollution of interpenetrating zone and binding force can be obtained from the depth profile analysis pattern. Accordingly, the coating quality of the colored steel strips is well known.
