摘  要:以络天青S为显色剂和CyDTA—Mn溶液为掩蔽剂掩蔽铁离子,分光光度法测定聚乙烯树脂中微量铝。详细考察了测定条件。铝与铬天青S生成的络合物吸收的最大值位于660nm,络合反应瞬间完成,且有色溶液的吸光度至少可稳定8h。Al^3+的浓度在0~0.32mg/L范围服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.93×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1本方法已用于测定聚乙烯树脂中微量铝,回收率和相对标准偏分别为95.2%~100%和3.1%。Through using chrome azuzol S as chromogenic agent and adding CyDTA-Mn solution to mask iron ion,micro aluminium in polyethylene resin was determined spectrophotometrically. The determination conditions were studied carefully. The maximum absorption of the complex formed by aluminium with chrome azuzol S exhibited at 660 nm. The complex reaction occurred in an instant and the absorbance of the color solution could remain stable for eight hours at the least. Beer's law was obeyed when the concentration range of Al^3+ was 0-0. 32 mg/L The apparent molar absorption coefficient was 7.93 × 10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The method has been used for the determination of aluminium in polyethylene resin, giving the relative standar deviation of 3. 1% and the recovery rate of 95.2%-100%.
