腹腔镜胆肠内引流术的设计与效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆肠内引流术的设计及手术疗效。方法对8例胆管结石患者使用Endo-GIA实施腹腔镜胆总管-空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术,其中2例使用Hand-PortSystem辅助。结果8例患者均痊愈出院,无并发症出现,术后造影显示吻合口通畅,术后生活质量良好。结论腹腔镜胆肠内引流术在理论与技术上均是可行的,但手术难度较大,对术者要求较高,同时手术费用明显增高,故需严格掌握手术适应证、禁忌证,并探索出适合国情的腹腔镜胆肠内引流术手术方式。[Objective] To investigate the design and the therapeutic efficacy of laparoscopic choledochojejunostomy（LCJS）. [Methods] 8 patients underwent LCJS by Endo-GIA. The Hand-Port System was used in two cases. [Results] 8 cases were cured completely without any complications. The image after operation showed that the stomas were unobstructed and the quality of life was fine. [Conclusion] LCJS is feasible in technique and theory. But this new skill has more difficulty and higher cost. The operator must to face a higher challenge and pay a great attention to the indication and contraindication and search for an improved way to suit Chinese situation.
