摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下关节清理术联合活血通络凝胶对骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将65例患者随机分为:治疗组33例,采用关节镜下关节清理术联合活血通络凝胶的综合疗法;对照组32例,仅采用关节镜下关节清理术。疗程结束后,进行临床疗效对比。结果治疗组总有效率97%,显效率66.7%,均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论关节镜下关节清理术联合活血通络凝胶是治疗膝关节骨关节炎较好的方法,有助于缓解疼痛和关节功能恢复。[Objective] To explore clinical effects of on knee osteoarthfifis. [Methods] Sixty-five cases of OA were randomly allocated to two groups. Thirty-three cases of treatment group were treated with arthroscopic debridements plus Huoxuetongluo gel; Thirty-two cases of control group were treated with arthroscopic debfidements. [Result] The total effective rate of treatment group was 97%, markedly-effective rate was 66.7%. The difference were very significant. [Conclusion] The method of arthroscopic debridements plus Huoxuetongluo gel is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.
