顶推滑移法在钢结构桥梁安装工程中的应用

摘　　要：目的在一些特定条件下,为使常规方法无法安装的钢结构桥梁钢箱梁能顺利安装完成,提出了顶推滑移法的施工安装方法.方法以某桥梁工程为例,根据工程现场的实际条件,进行了相关的理论验算,考虑了各种可能的影响因素和不利情况,详细制定了顶推滑移法的施工安装方案,并严格按方案要求在工程中进行实施.结果解决了该桥梁工程施工安装过程中的难题,降低了工程的施工成本,保证了工程质量和施工工期,取得了很好地效果.结论通过采用顶推滑移安装方法,对钢结构桥梁进行了成功的安装,达到了预期的目的,同时降低施工造价.实践表明钢结构桥梁安装在一些特殊条件下是可以采用顶推滑移法,该工程的成功施工为类似工程提供了可借鉴的经验.Top-bunt slippage is used to install steel box girder of bridge successfully when other ways are not effective.Take bridge project as an example.In the light of the practical condition of the project spot,we complete correlative academic computation,constitute a new way of construction named top-bunt slippage to continue the installation of steel box beam after taking every factor into account and actualize it in practical project.The result of its application proves that it successfully solves problems occurring in the process of the bridge project installation,such as declining the cost of the project and ensuring project quality and time limit for this project.In a word,the top-bunt slippage method is a particular way in practical process of steel box girder installation.The successful completion of the project provides reference for similar projects.
