摘  要:目的研究脱硫废轮胎胶粉的掺入对沥青低温抗裂及抗老化等性能的影响.提高脱硫废轮胎胶粉改性沥青的抗老化性能.方法对掺入不同粒度、掺量的废轮胎胶粉改性沥青进行对比实验研究,并通过使用选定脱硫剂在一定条件下使胶粉表面活化以提高胶粉与沥青的相容性,进而提高沥青的高低温性能及粘附性和抗老化性.结果废轮胎胶粉的粒度越大,掺量越高,沥青的低温抗裂性能越好;胶粉的粒度越大,掺量越小,和沥青的相容性就越好,所以,选用合适掺量的脱硫剂(1.2%)既可以增加胶粉的掺量又可以促进胶粉与沥青有效地相容,经过废轮胎胶粉改性过的沥青抗老化性能明显比基质沥青优越.结论随着废轮胎胶粉掺量的增加,沥青的高低温性及粘附性能明显增强,抗老化性能也得到提高.The paper researches the influence of anti-ageing and anti-crack performance of the asphalt while adding the rubber powder.Contrast the modified asphalt with different volume or fine rubber powder by experiments,and improve the consistency of the asphalt and rubber powder by activating surface of the rubber powder in certain condition,finally advance the high and low temperature performance and viscosity.The high and low temperature performance and viscosity improved while increasing the volume of the rubber powder.High volume and fine rubber powder modified asphalt is better than raw material in anti-crack performance in low temperature.Low volume and fine rubber powder is better than raw material in consistency.So appropriate volume of the desulfurized admixture can settle contradiction between high-volume with consistency about rubber modified asphalt.In addition,the asphalt which is modified with the rubber powder has better anti-ageing performance than raw material.
