摘  要:在制药厂建立了生物滴滤处理兼氧池高浓度恶臭废气工程装置。兼氧池恶臭成分主要是H2S,同时含有甲苯及四氢呋喃等气态有机物。设计进气量为8000m3/h,有效EBRT为12.0s,当H2S进气质量浓度为394.26~776.52mg/m3、平均为524.36mg/m3时,H2S去除率保持在86.53%~94.79%,平均去除率为90.60%;去除负荷为59.14~122.63g/(m3.h),平均去除负荷为81.47g/(m3.h)。对甲苯和四氢呋喃的平均去除率为66.84%和59.89%。技术经济分析表明,处理1000m3废气投资费用为13.32万元,H2S处理费用为5.23元/kg。The paper is aimed to present its success in study and application of biological filters to solve the polluted-air emission problems concerning VOCs and odor over the past decades. A full-scale bio-trickling filter developed by us has already been assembled in a pharmaceutical works for treating high concentration odor, which proves advantageous both in treating efficiency and in saving expenses of wastewater processing in comparison with the other traditional methods, particularly when the pollutant concentration is lower but volume is large. Though it is still necessary to continue monitoring the performance of the reactor over a period of time, the paper has now already covered an account of 50 days' experimental results. The system can finish its starting up in 8 days on the condition that the HaS concentration ranges from 335.26 to 486.36 mg/m^3. At the same time, the removing efficiency can be made to keep on within the range of 86.53%- 94.79% (90.60% in average) with an average empty bed gas residence time of 12.0 s, within the range of H2S inlet concentration of 394.26 - 776.52 mg/m^3 (524.36 mg/m^3 on aver- age), equivalent to a volumetric H2S elimination capacity of 59114- 122.63 g/(m^3·h) and 81.47 g/(m^3· h), In addition, the toluene and tetrahydrofuran removing efficiency has been improved to 66.84% and 59.89% respectively with the toluene-eliminating capacity and tetrahydrofuran being 11.25 g/( m^3· h) and 22.46 g/(m^3·h) . And, finally, technical and economic cost analysis and calculation indicate that it would only take ¥ 133 200 to build a single filter per 1 000 m^3 odor and ¥ 5,23 per kg of H2S removal for the BTF system.
