复方葛麻颗粒提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的优选复方葛麻颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选,高效液相色谱法测定葛根中葛根素的含量。结果最佳提取工艺为水回流提取两次,每次2h,第一次加10倍量,第二次加8倍量。结论该提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。Objective The technology of the optimal extraction for Compound Gema granules was investigated in this paper. Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology and the contents of puerarin were detected by HPLC. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows ： refluent extraction two times for 1 h per time , adding 10 times of water at first time and 8 times of water at second time. Conclusion The method was stable, reasonable and feasible .
